I'm Kevin Wilson, founder of Profit Path Books. I'm a business consultant who works with small business owners to understand their operations, identify what's holding them back, and build systems that support growth.
The first step is always understanding where a business stands financially, which is why I include bookkeeping services as part of my consulting. It sets the foundation for measuring what's working and what needs attention.
From there, I help clients examine their current systems, find the bottlenecks, brainstorm solutions, and implement processes that can scale with their business. The goal isn't perfect spreadsheets; it's a business that runs well and can keep growing.
I started this podcast because I've learned a lot from other business owners over the years, and I wanted to create a space for those kinds of conversations. Hopefully they help someone else along the way.
